Provide three preferred dates, allowing 4-6 weeks’ notice so we can ensure the relevant athlete is booked. Please also provide in the Visit Details box how you envisage the day looking, eg, assembly, workshops etc (max 255 words). This can be further discussed and arranged directly with your athlete when they have been allocated.

A half-day visit is up to 2-3hrs - the start/finish times are flexible to suit your school’s needs. Please ensure you add the best phone number to call you on, mobile number where possible. If you request a specific athlete, we cannot guarantee this due to location and availability, but every effort will be made to accommodate your request.
